Yes, we ship to all countries! We've got customers all around the world from NZ, the UK, Italy, Germany, France, US and more!

We've shipped over 3200+ orders since Jan 2022 when we launched with 200+ 5 star reviews!

I've just ordered - what's next?

Legend. After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your purchase details. You’ll receive another with shipping and tracking details once our crew have sent it via Australia Post. If you don’t receive it, check your junk email folder and/or email us to have it re-sent.

I've made a boo-boo in my order - can you help me out?

Yup, shit happens. Shoot us an email at info@dadicools.com and we'll aim to sort it out as soon as possible.

My bucket hat doesn't fit - what are my options?

We strongly recommend measuring the size of your head prior to buying any buckets as we supply in one size - 58cm. This is typically an M/L for most heads. The easiest way to do this is use a tape measure, 5mm above the ear, OR positioned in the way you plan to wear your hat (i.e straight and forward vs angled) and measure the size of your head.

If you find your bucket hat doesn't fit as you envisaged - we accept exchanges (more below). Simply get in touch with us at info@dadicools.com - note: We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Dadi Cools is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.

You'll be issued with a dollar value discount code to the amount you originally paid - sale or non-sale.

How long does it take to dispatch orders?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order receipt. PayPal customers - this commences once your order has been cleared. Order clearances via PayPal can take between 3 - 5 days (as advised on their site).

What are your shipping fees?

AU - Standard - $AU10, Express - $AU15, Free for orders over $AU80

NZ - Standard - $AU12

All other international - Standard - $AU16

Express (same rate for all countries outside Australia - $AU25

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipping details including the date of shipment and your tracking details - via Australia Post.

How long does it take my order to arrive once dispatched?

AU customers - 2 - 4 business days typically. Express: 1 - 3 business days.

Standard international shipping (NZ) - 8 - 13 business days.

Express international shipping (NZ) - 5 - 8 business days.

Other international countries:


Standard shipping (6-12 business days approx)

Express international shipping (Other - i.e UK) - 4 to 8 business days.

Note: we ship all orders via Australia Post.

Returns, exchanges & refund policy - what does this look like?

Need to return something? Not a problem. We accept all exchanges within 14 days (including sale items). You will be issued a dollar purchase value equivalent discount code or credit note for usage.

We don't offer refunds unless your product is faulty or damaged, or lost. In the case of your items being faulty and/or damaged, you will be issued a full refund once you have returned the products to us and we have inspected them. You must initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The returns, exchanges or faulty goods refund process for all customers are as follows:

  1. Send us an email with a description of the issue and images if relevant
  2. We'll come back to you on next steps - which will involve shipping the product back to us for inspection and processing
  3. Note: We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Dadi Cools is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
  4. You can expect a customer service rep to advise on the return or exchange credit note/discount dollar value supply or refund for faulty goods from there.

if your package is lost - please let us know via email. Orders that are lost will be assessed 2 months from the dispatch date. If an order does not arrive within that period it is deemed lost and you will be able to get a refund from us.
